FAQ

Welcome to the official Sabores de Portugal FAQ page. We want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below, you will find clear answers to the most common questions about our products, shipping, and return policies.

How long does delivery take?

We ship all our packages directly from Lisbon. Typically, standard delivery within Europe takes 3 to 5 business days. Furthermore, we offer express shipping for urgent orders. If you order fresh items, we always use express delivery. This ensures maximum freshness upon arrival at your home.

Are the Pastéis de Nata fresh?

Yes, absolutely! We bake our traditional tarts every single morning. Afterwards, we carefully package them in specialized cooling boxes. Consequently, they arrive at your door tasting just like they came out of a local bakery. We never compromise on quality.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards. You can easily pay with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Additionally, we support PayPal and Apple Pay for your ultimate convenience. Your online security remains our top priority. Therefore, all transactions are fully encrypted.

Can I return my online order?

We genuinely want you to be completely satisfied. If a non-perishable item arrives damaged, you can return it within 14 days. However, we cannot accept returns for fresh food items due to strict health regulations. Please contact our support team immediately if you experience any issues.

Do you ship Portuguese wine internationally?

Yes, we confidently ship our premium regional wines to most European countries. We pack the heavy glass bottles extremely carefully to prevent any accidental breakage.

How should I store the artisanal cheeses?

When your cheese arrives, please place it in the refrigerator immediately. We highly recommend keeping it wrapped in its original breathable paper. As a result, the cheese maintains its perfect texture and authentic flavor for many weeks. Just remember to take it out 30 minutes before serving!
